另外，大高雄地區，因颱風莫蘭蒂侵襲，加上山區降雨造成高屏溪濁度飆升，影響各給水廠供水，台水公司緊急調度台南清水及南化水庫水量應急。

台水表示，已依預定期程於今天下午2時陸續加壓供水，因復水初期管線空管及民眾蓄水設備待補水，所以管線末端及高地區復水時間將會稍慢，預計今晚12時全面恢復供水。
